Facial Contouring & Enhancement
Enhance. Define. Restore.
Dermal filler can be used to subtly enhance facial features, restore lost volume and support areas affected by the natural ageing process.
At Paulosophy Aesthetics, filler treatment isn't about changing your face or following a particular aesthetic. It's about understanding your individual anatomy, proportions and what you would like to achieve.
Every treatment begins with a facial assessment and a considered treatment plan, allowing us to determine where treatment may be beneficial, how much product may be appropriate and, importantly, when filler may not be the right option.
The goal is simple: results that feel balanced, refined and unmistakably you.

Your face isn't a collection of individual areas.
Facial features don't exist in isolation. The cheeks influence the appearance of the lower face, the chin contributes to facial profile and proportion, and changes in facial support can contribute to folds and shadows elsewhere.
For this reason, treatment at Paulosophy Aesthetics begins by looking at the face as a whole.
Rather than simply filling the area where a line or concern is visible, we'll consider facial structure, symmetry, proportions and the underlying factors contributing to it.
Sometimes the most effective treatment isn't where you initially expected it to be.
Lip Enhancement
Shape. Define. Balance.
Lip enhancement is about more than simply adding volume.
Treatment can be used to subtly enhance shape and definition, support lip proportions, improve symmetry and create a result that compliments the rest of your facial features.
Whether you're looking for a very subtle enhancement or a more noticeable result, your natural lip anatomy and personal preferences will guide your treatment plan.
The aim is never to create somebody else's lips - it's to enhance yours.

Facial Contouring
Structure. Proportion. Definition.
CHEEKS | Chin | Jawline
Facial contouring uses strategically placed dermal filler to enhance structure, improve proportions and create greater definition where appropriate.
Treatment may focus on an individual feature, such as the chin or cheeks, or consider several areas together to create greater harmony across the face.
Because every face requires something different, the amount of product required is determined following consultation and facial assessment rather than selected in advance.
Facial Rejuvenation
Restore support. Soften the signs of change.
NASOLABIAL FOLDS | MARIONETTE LINES | PERI-ORAL LINES | DEEP LINES
The visible signs of facial ageing aren't caused by the area in which they appear.
Changes in facial volume, structure and tissue support can contribute to the development of folds, shadows and deeper lines over time.
Facial rejuvenation therefore begins with assessment of the wider face. In some cases, directly treating a line may be appropriate; in others, restoring support elsewhere may create a more balanced result.
Your treatment plan will be based on what is contributing to your concern rather than simply where the concern is visible.

Advanced Enhancement

Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty
Refine the profile without surgery
Carefully placed dermal filler can be used in appropriately selected clients to alter the appearance of certain aspects of the nose, helping to create a more balanced profile and improve proportions without surgery.
Non-surgical rhinoplasty requires detailed assessment and precise treatment planning due to the complex anatomy and higher-risk nature of the area.
Suitability will always be determined following consultation.
PRICE
£225

Tear Trough
Subtle correction for selected clients
Tear trough filler may be used to improve the appearance of hollowing beneath the eyes in appropriately selected clients.
Not all under-eye concerns are caused by volume loss, and dermal filler isn't suitable for everyone. Factors including anatomy, skin quality, fluid retention and the nature of the concern will be assessed before treatment is recommended.
Where filler isn't the most appropriate option, alternative treatments may be discussed.
PRICE
£200
Filler Dissolving
Corrective Treatment
Hyaluronidase Filler Dissolving - £125
Hyaluronic acid dermal filler can be dissolved using Hyaluronidase where clinically appropriate.
This may be considered where previous filler has migrated, produced an undesirable result or where dissolving is required as part of a wider corrective treatment plan.
Assessment is required before elective dissolving, and further filler treatment may need to be delayed while the area settles.

How much filler do I need?
More isn't automatically better
There is no standard amount of dermal filler that every client needs.
The amount required depends on your anatomy, the area being treated, your starting point, previous treatments and what you would like to achieve.
Some results can be achieved with a relatively small amount of product, while more comprehensive facial contouring or rejuvenation may require treatment to be planned gradually across several areas or appointments.
Rather than choosing a number of millilitres before your appointment, we'll agree an appropriate treatment plan and cost following assessment.
Enhance. Don't alter.
You should still look like you.
Dermal filler shouldn't have an identifiable look.
Good treatment respects your existing features, facial proportions and individuality. For some clients this may mean restoring subtle support that has changed over time; for others it may mean enhancing a feature they have always wanted to define.
The objective isn't perfection or transformation into somebody else.
It's considered enhancement that feels right for you.

INFORMED TREATMENT MATTERS
Dermal filler is a medical aesthetic procedure and, like all injectable treatments, carries potential risks and side effects.
These range from expected temporary effects such as swelling, tenderness and bruising to uncommon and rare complications that may require urgent treatment.
Your consultation includes discussion of the benefits, limitations, alternatives and relevant risks so that you can make an informed decision before proceeding.
Patient safety takes priority over treatment.
